About Me
I didn’t start out managing projects — I started out making them. My career began in visual storytelling: designing on-air graphics for a live news channel, then spending five years as a 3D generalist, delivering over 100 creative assets across 30+ projects under tight deadlines.
That hands-on creative grounding is what eventually pulled me toward project leadership. I stepped into project management and spent six years leading cross-functional teams of 13+, hitting 90%+ on-time delivery across 30+ projects. Along the way, I redesigned our rendering workflow and cut render times by 95% in just five months — a change that reshaped how the whole studio worked.
Today, as Senior Project Manager at Eccentric Engine, I lead delivery on Tata AutoEdge, an in-house dealership app, while managing concurrent projects across four major OEM clients — Hyundai, Citroën, TATA, and Jeep. I’ve accelerated delivery by 28.6%, shipping all seven active projects within five months, and earned perfect 5/5 client satisfaction scores from Hyundai and Citroën through structured communication and fast issue resolution. I also built an AI-driven process automation tool that now saves the team over 1,300 hours per project, every year.
I’m a certified Scrum Master (IBM), hold a Professional Project Management certificate from Google and a Microsoft AI Engineer certificate, and recently completed Google’s AI Professional Certificate — because the tools I use to run projects are changing as fast as the projects themselves. What hasn’t changed is what I care about: clear communication, measurable outcomes, and building systems that make teams faster, not just busier.
